Even if I choose to do nothing all day, if it makes me happy then so be it, the fact here is CHOICE, I choose what I want to do and you can too. I believe in living in the moment and doing things daily that add value to you, and learning the power of NO I find true happiness when I feel I have lived a fulfilled day that i was in control of. I am not saying this will work for everyone, but what I can say is the sense of fulfilment and contentment this brings me by the end of the night is indescribable. This allows me to live in the present, and focus on today and steps I can do today that aid to my physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and financial growth. I decided to seek advice through reading the Quran,Ted Talks and I watched a bunch of videos on procrastination, self-love, finding my purpose in life, how to overcome anxiety and how to seek mental, physical, emotional and spiritual success. I wanted more from myself, from my self control, from life. Imagine living a life going with the flow and hoping for change, no action, no discipline - wishing away over 250 days of the year that’s 6000 hours, 360000 minutes and 21600000 seconds of my time / life.įast forward to 2019, I remember one day I had woke up and I was so sad because I did not want to repeat such an unorganised and chaotic day again. I also lived for the weekends and truly had no idea where I was going in this life. A life with no purpose, no action, just waking up, attending my sales job (which I hated at the time). Prior 2019, I lived a very unorganised and chaotic lifestyle. “ You live most of your life inside your head, make sure it’s a nice place to be”
